Terms of Service
MissyBar is an adult-only service. Access, playback, payments, and account features are subject to age, jurisdiction, and content-safety restrictions.
Adult-only access
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult content in their jurisdiction. The service may require third-party age verification before displaying explicit content, previews, member streams, single-title streams, or any paid VOD playback.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not upload, request, share, or facilitate illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual content, trafficking, coercion, harassment, credential sharing, hotlinking, scraping, or circumvention of age, geo, entitlement, or DRM-style playback controls.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid access may include memberships, renewals, single-title purchases, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and account closures. Billing entitlements depend on the approved adult processor record and may be delayed or revoked for failed payment, refund, chargeback, fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Refunds and cancellation
Users must cancel recurring access through the billing support flow or the processor portal associated with the purchase. Refund requests are reviewed against usage, fraud, processor, chargeback, and regional rules. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not guarantee a refund for prior access already delivered.
Regional restrictions
MissyBar may block registration, previews, payments, playback, or specific titles where age verification, licensing, sanctions, processor rules, or local law restrict availability.
