The platform minimizes age verification data and keeps raw ID/selfie documents out of the application database.
Age verification minimization
Age verification records should contain provider name, transaction identifier, jurisdiction, verification level, result, verification time, and expiration time only. Raw identity documents, selfies, or scans belong with the approved verification provider, not in MissyBar storage.
Operational data
The platform may process account identifiers, entitlement state, playback session metadata, device/security signals, DMCA reports, safety reports, and audit logs needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.
Analytics measurement
The platform may use Google Analytics to measure aggregate page activity and site performance. This implementation disables Google advertising signals and ad personalization by default. Analytics events must not include emails, raw identity documents, payment data, age verification files, or other directly identifying information.
Deletion and retention
Privacy requests are recorded for operations review before any data action. Deletion, correction, access, and opt-out requests are balanced against fraud prevention, payment records, DMCA and safety evidence, chargeback defense, tax/accounting records, and legal preservation requirements.
Sale, sharing, and opt-out
MissyBar does not sell raw age-verification documents, payment data, or safety reports. Users may submit privacy opt-out requests through this page for review under the laws that apply to their jurisdiction.
