MissyBar maintains a Copyright Office designated agent, takedown workflow, counter-notice handling, and repeat infringer policy.
Designated agent
Copyright notices should be sent to dmca@missybar.com. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the URL at issue, the claimant contact, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury, and the authorized signature of the claimant or agent.
Workflow
Intake must create an audit log entry, freeze relevant evidence, notify operations, support takedown and counter-notice review, and enforce repeat infringer policy decisions.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers
Counter-notices are reviewed before any restoration decision. Accounts or content partners tied to repeated infringement, fraudulent notices, or abusive counter-notices may lose upload, distribution, or account access.
